🏃‍♀️ Physiotherapist-Led Exercise Classes


We now run five weekly classes, all 45 minutes long and fully supervised by our physiotherapists:


  • Monday – Rehab Class | 1:00pm

  • Tuesday – Seated Exercise Class | 1:30pm

  • Wednesday – Clinical Pilates | 1:00pm

  • Thursday – Rehab Class | 1:00pm

  • Friday – Rehab Class | 11:15am





Our classes are suitable for a wide range of abilities and conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, balance and mobility issues, spinal pain, long-term conditions, neurological conditions, and those returning to exercise after injury.
