Service Description

This is a bespoke program of exercise designed for you in a rehab class with others led by a highly trained physiotherapist. It's ideal for returning to the gym, getting stronger after injury, improving balance, and reducing movement dysfunction for independence. We can work with neurological conditions, wheelchair users, people needing circular health improvement, CVS or RS rehab, recover from injury or those who just want to loose weight and get fit and healthy. So it's a group for everyone because the program is specifically designed just for you. £15 Non Zone member / £10 Zone Member
