Getting stronger, moving better and building confidence doesn’t always have to mean one-to-one physiotherapy.
Our Group Physiotherapy Classes give you the opportunity to exercise in a supportive environment, with guidance from a physiotherapy team, at an affordable price.
£15 for a 45-minute class
Each session lasts 45 minutes and costs just £15, making it an accessible way to continue working on your strength, mobility and overall physical health.
The classes are ideal if you:
Want to become stronger and more active
Are recovering from an injury and want to continue progressing
Need some guidance and confidence with exercise
Want to improve your balance, mobility or general fitness
Prefer exercising with other people rather than on your own
Want ongoing professional support without the cost of regular one-to-one appointments
More than just an exercise class
These aren’t simply general fitness sessions. Our group classes are designed with a physiotherapy-led approach, so there is a real focus on helping you move well, build strength safely and become more confident in what your body can do.
Working in a small group also brings something that individual exercise sometimes misses: motivation, encouragement and a bit of fun!
You can work at your own level while still enjoying the energy and support of exercising alongside other people.
A great next step after physiotherapy
Group classes can also be a brilliant bridge between one-to-one physiotherapy and returning to completely independent exercise.
Once your pain or injury is improving, you may not need frequent individual appointments — but you might still benefit from some professional guidance while you rebuild your strength and confidence.
That’s where our group sessions come in.
