I just wanted to say many thanks for continuing to support the practice. We have grown since the early days in 2016 to now offer a full time service that includes week days, evenings and weekends. We hope this allows you plenty of opportunity to access our treatments.
We pride ourselves in delivering traditional hands on care in our private clinic room and dynamic rehabilitation ideas within the larger gym settings, to help prevent injuries but also restore your function and free you from pain. We use acupuncture, manual therapy, massage, taping and exercises to do this and ensure you have quick access to therapy as well as a solid course of robust treatment and care. You do not need to wait or be expected to manage your own care without regular access to our knowledge and advice. We are here for you and will support you in your recovery every step of the way .
As well as offering 1:1 care we also offer rehab classes on Mondays at 1pm for £15 and clinical pilates on Wednesdays for £15. These offer you access in a group setting to physio advice and care as well as high trained exercise supervision. Rehab class enables your own bespoke program to have cheap regular supervision whilst Pilates is delivered in a group setting where exercises are adapted for your level and needs. We are hoping to extend these further this year to provide more access at affordable pricing.
Last year we saw Jatin Patel join our team who is a highly trained physio with expert hands on therapy skills from India who also works at advanced clinical level in our local GP practices offering First Contact Practice assessments. He has been a huge hit at the clinic especially his massage and cupping techniques which is an added service we now provide. He is a regular guest lecturer to post graduate physios in India and like me believes in traditional therapy techniques and supporting patients throughout their care to ease pain and assist recovery.
We also have the fabulous Dan White join our team last year as our background administrator. He is ensuring seamless communication and work flow between your care and referring insurance companies. We take referrals from most insurance companies please contact Dan or myself for further information, 07946033528. We are also keen to provide corporate packages so if your work place could benefit from physio care packages we would be very happy to discuss with your occupational health teams. Why travel far when you could have local care.
Finally like all businesses we are having to rise pricing due to the added pressures with the economic climate. We have managed to only rise our pricing once which was pre COVID but sadly we are also going to have to make some new adjustments inline with other providers in the area. Good news we are still keeping them competitively low compared so that care is still more affordable than other services. Assessments will be £55 and follow ups will be £50. We will honour anyone on active treatment to stay at the lower pricing until they complete their care with us. This will come into effect from the 1st March 2025.
